Wes Guillemaud, Founder & Executive Director
Wes Guillemaud founded Sorcity.com Inc. on May 7, 1999 with a revolutionary concept that helps organizations save millions of dollars with a simplified reverse auction sourcing best practice, now utilized by thousands of public and private-sector procurement groups. This reduces prices paid on almost all goods, services, and capital purchases while providing significant value to both buyers and sellers. With 30 years business experience as entrepreneur, consultant at EDS, and Principal Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, he spent the past 25 years specifically focused on e-Business. Mr. Guillemaud has developed and implemented e-Business strategies, process improvement and innovative technical solutions for Fortune 500 companies nationally and abroad, while more recently specializing in eProcurement. Initiatives include B2B, B2C, and B2G solutions across industries including; retail, manufacturing, high-tech, consumer products, transportation, food & beverage, government, and energy. In addition to his practical experience, Wes has written and presented on numerous eBusiness topics and is considered a visionary in the eBusiness arena. Sorcity.com is the second highly successful company Mr. Guillemaud founded, which is designed to help mankind with lower supply chain costs ultimately lowering prices for everyone and every organization. He credits his success to God, to his loving family, a very talented team, and an incredible amount of hard work.

C. Thomas Daulton, Chief Financial Officer
Tom Daulton has over 30 years of experience working with small and medium sized businesses, primarily in the Dallas Ft. Worth metropolis. This includes eight years as a lending officer for MBank Dallas where his loan portfolio reached in excess of $100 million. Subsequently, he held the position of CFO at a medium sized printing company. The last nine years he has been an equity investor in small businesses either for sale or in need of growth capital. Mr. Daulton earned his Master of Business Administration in 1981 from the University of Texas at Austin, with an emphasis in finance and accounting. He earned a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Mexico in 1977.

Rick Cope, Operations Director
Rick Cope has close to 15 years of business experience initially concentrated in finance and accounting. Over the last decade he has led many domestic and international procurement teams to achieve tens of millions of dollars in spend reduction across hundreds of millions of dollars in procurement spend, across over 40 categories of goods and services. Mr. Cope has been an integral part in developing the high performance Sorcity ebid Center of Excellence and the teams, procedures, processes, tools and system development in order to enhance client results and eliminate spend reduction risk. Rick held a Board position with the Dallas ISM chapter, contributing ideas and resources to meet the local purchasing community needs. He has presented to procurement forums on vital spend reduction topics to help supply managers substantially increase their value. Rick received a BBA from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1995.

Matthew Frohman, Technology Director
Mr. Frohman has over 30 years experience in software development including 11 years at a leading telecommunications firm. He developed database applications for both land line and wire line telephone networks of many long distance carriers throughout the world. These systems were developed using C++ using relational and object oriented databases. In 1995, he began operating his own Web server. Mr. Frohman developed several database driven Web sites and led the development of others to meet specific client business applications. Web site development includes a job search system for a high technology recruiting firm, an online newspaper, and a sales quote system for a major computer manufacturer. These business sites have provided these companies a competitive advantage.
