Leander Independent School District is conducting a reverse auction for
Multi-Function Devices (MFD) for their schools
and administrative buildings.
The agreement(s) resulting from this solicitation will be in effect from the
date of award through 7/31/2026. Please read this complete summary,
the attached (linked below) Multi-Function Device & Document Print Center
Solution RFP document, all email notices, and the Sorcity Member
Agreement, in full, so you understand the auction guidelines and are properly
prepared to respond with a complete and accurate offer if your company
qualifies and would like to gain this business.
The Buyer would like to award to a vendor(s) who is able to provide the products
and quality and service-levels outlined in the RFP documentation. Leander ISD will review
Proposals and their relative benefits to Leander ISD and decide how to award in
the best interests of Leander ISD.
This is a district-wide program. All locations will
purchase through this award, which should provide assurance to the awarded
vendor that the dollar value awarded is intended to be met. Although price is an important element of this award, this is not a price-only
decision. Other factors to be considered are outlined in the RFP document.
In addition to the quantity and scope of printing needs
listed in this bid, Leander ISD is also currently scheduled to open a new school
each year, for the next 10 years. This additional volume should be
factored in your bid.

process, except where permitted, will cause you to be in violation of the bid
process and be eligible for
penalties (See the Sorcity
Member Agreement).

will put you in violation and will remove you from good standing with Sorcity

for the duration of your discussions with the purchasing organization, per
the terms stated in the reverse auction. If you are unable to honor this bid
at any time, you MUST notify Sorcity immediately. Please read the Sorcity
Member Agreement regarding not honoring your bid and related penalties.
