SUBGROUP #3 – eBid# 4903

PCC Fasteners RFQ# 4900

Before Proceeding, be sure you have read and agree to all specifications in Fasteners RFQ # 4900.

This bid page is provided for you to enter your Grand Total Bid, for the single Subgroup 3 - eBid# 4903, identified above, as described in RFQ #4900.

Each sub-group listed in the Master RFQ will be bid on a separate web page like this one, linked from the main eBid page. Do NOT enter per unit, line item, or total category bids on this Subgroup page.

Before placing a bid below, a Supplier must work up their Grand Total for this specific Subgroup using the Line Item Worksheet provided by Sorcity. The one LIW spreadsheet you receive will contain all Subgroups specific to your company. Entering your per-unit prices on the worksheet will automatically calculate the line item total and the sub-group Grand Total.

Bidder must enter per unit pricing for ALL items in the Line Item Worksheet for this sub-group and then enter the Grand Total online on Bid Day (see KEY DATES). To enter a lower bid, simply repeat the above process.

Once the online bidding for the last Subgroup ends, in which you are participating, you must send in your Line Item Worksheet to GregWu@sorcity.com within several hours (see Key Dates). This will be checked and provided to the Buyer, documenting your per unit prices and totals, provided you submit an acceptable bid.

By placing a bid on Bid Day, below, you confirm that your organization agrees to all terms stated in the Sorcity Member Agreement, associated email communications, and all content and attachments, and all terms and conditions contained in this eBid. The Supplier understands that no assumptions are to be made and that content, or clauses, not contained in this Event do not apply, unless mutually-agreed to by PCC.
