This bid page is provided for you to enter your Grand Total Bid, for the single sub-group, Toluene -5, identified above, as described in the Trelleborg Master RFQ-ID 4837.

Each sub-group listed in the Master RFQ will be bid on a separate web page, such as this one, linked from the Master RFQ page. Do NOT enter per unit, line item, or total category bids on this individual group bid page. 

Before placing a bid below, bidders must work up the Grand Total for this specific sub-group using this Line Item Worksheet  provided by Sorcity.  All sub-groups for this category are on the same worksheet (also found on the Master RFQ).  Entering your per-unit pricing on the worksheet for each sub-group will automatically calculate the line item totals and Grand Totals.

Be sure to fill out only that portion of the Line Item Worksheet that pertains to the products (by location) you intend to bid. Also enter your Dun & Bradstreet number.

Bidder must enter the Grand Total for this sub-group from this worksheet in the bid box below. To enter a lower bid, simply repeat the above process. 

Once the last bid ends, in which you are participating, you must send in your electronic Line Item Worksheet to EbidSupport09a@sorcity.com within one (1) hour. This will then be provided to the Buyer as part of your bid package, documenting your per unit prices and totals, provided you submit an acceptable bid.

By placing a bid in the bid box, below, you confirm that your organization agrees to all terms stated in the Sorcity Member Agreement and associated email communications, and all content, terms, and conditions contained in the Buyers online RFQ. The Supplier understands that no assumptions are to be made, and that content, or clauses, not contained in this event do not apply, unless pre-approved by Trelleborg.
